Serves 60

Ingredients:
7-1/2 cups finely chopped onion
1-3/4 cups and 2 tablespoons butter or
margarine
2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons dried
basil 2 tablespoons and 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon and 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
30 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato
soup, undiluted
30 cups milk

Directions:
1. Saute onion in butter until tender.
2. Add basil, paprika and garlic powder.
3. Stir in soup and milk until well blended.
4. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
